Chairman Schwerter released the following letter via Twitter to PUC commissioners outlining issues and concerns with respect to Market Reforms arising from Winter Storm URI and addressed in SB3. ERCOT CEO Pablo Vegas, and PUC Chairman Peter Lake, along with other invited speakers, gave testimony to the Senate Business and Commerce committee earlier in the week.
